David Pullinger to Lead Independent Agency Growth

28 January 2021

QMS is pleased to announce the appointment of former JC Decaux National Sales Director (Independent Agencies), David Pullinger to the newly created role of General Manager, Independent Agencies & Direct Sales; to further drive growth in the significant Independent Agency and Direct Sales market.

With over 20 years’ experience leading media sales teams, David has spent close to the last decade at APN Outdoor, where he was instrumental in driving significant revenue growth for the business across a range of sales management roles, before moving to JC Decaux post the APN Outdoor acquisition.

QMS Media Chief Executive Officer, John O’Neill said the appointment of Mr Pullinger was fundamental as QMS continues to leverage its momentum into 2021 and beyond, off the back of recent contract acquisitions including the prestigious City of Sydney street furniture concession and launch of 7-Eleven’s small format digital network, IMPULSE.

This newly created role is critical to delivering our strategic vision as we prepare to lead yet another transformational year for the sector. David brings a wealth of senior sales leadership experience, market leading customer service and product knowledge.

Mr Pullinger commented on his appointment saying, “I’ve watched QMS grow into a true market leader and have admired their customer first approach which has helped shape and progress the OOH industry. I am thrilled to join the team at a crucial time where the business is set to drive further growth into the fast growing direct and independent agency groups; an opportunity I simply couldn’t refuse.”
