QMS Supports Powerful Women

16 August 2019

For the second consecutive year, QMS will stand side by side with B&T, in sponsoring the Women in Media Awards, as we continue to shine a bright light on those women in the media and communications industry who have achieved great success and inspire others.

As an organisation that strives to promote an inclusive and supportive culture for female professionals, QMS is focused on fostering important initiatives that help highlight the invaluable impact women continue to make across our industry, such as the B&T Women in Media Awards.

QMS Chief Marketing Officer Sara Lappage will have the honour of presenting ‘The Lifetime Achievement Award’ that recognises a true leader who has helped pave the way for a more inclusive industry whilst inspiring other women, past and present, to challenge the norm. Last year, this prestigious award went to Ita Buttrose.

Ms Lappage commented saying, “The change we have seen in the past year alone in our industry is truly uplifting, but as women across the globe continue to work tirelessly to break down barriers and change the status quo, industry events like this are crucial to ensure we all stop and recognise those who are helping to reshape our industry for the future.

At QMS, we are proud to celebrate the powerful women in media who are brave, bold and inspirational and to support the next generation of strong women who will follow.
