QMS Boosts Sydney Network With Newly Digitised Rosehill Gardens Sites
Digital outdoor media leader QMS today announced another step in the expansion of its Sydney Digital Out of Home (DOOH) network, with the launch of six newly digitised billboards at the Australian Turf Club’s iconic Rosehill Gardens.
Following its successful tender to manage the high-profile assets along James Ruse Drive in June 2024, QMS has transformed them into state-of-the-art Digital Large Format billboards – comprising a double-sided equine bridge and two double-sided monopoles, which will be operational by the end of August.
Strategically positioned between Parramatta and Sydney Olympic Park, the new digital billboards, provide advertisers with a unique opportunity to dominate the booming western Sydney growth corridor that reaches affluent and diverse, young mid-to-high income households. The upgrade delivers an additional 2 million impressions each week, taking QMS’ Sydney network reach to 92% of the city’s population weekly*.
"Digitising Rosehill Gardens further reflects our commitment to delivering a high-impact, dynamic and premium, digital communication platform across Sydney.
- Sara Lappage, Chief Operating Officer - QMS
"The western Sydney corridor is one of the most valuable audience catchment areas in Australia, and our expanded digital network gives brands the power to influence it like never before.
"We look forward to continuing to work with the Australian Turf Club to deliver on the strong demand for these premium digital assets we’re already seeing from agencies and clients in 2025 and beyond,” she said.
Australian Turf Club Head of Commercial, Donna Forbes, said: “Rosehill Gardens Racecourse is one of Australia’s leading sport and entertainment centres and a vital part of Sydney.
"We’re delighted to see the investment into these new digital sites from QMS, which will be a powerful addition to Rosehill Gardens.”
- Donna Forbes, Head of Commercial - Australian Turf Club
In addition to being a key growth corridor, Rosehill Gardens is one of Sydney’s premier entertainment destinations, with 22 race meetings held there each year. Home to the $5 million Golden Slipper in March, and other major events including the Caravan, Camping and Holiday Supershow, it attracts thousands of visitors each year.
The Rosehill Gardens expansion adds to QMS’ rapidly growing Sydney portfolio, which includes the City of Sydney digital street furniture network, Transport for NSW, Hills Shire Council, ARTC, and the M2 Motorway billboards.
