As an Account Coordinator you are responsible for delivering high‑quality administrative support to the sales team, ensuring seamless campaign delivery and exceptional client service across every stage of the process.

Your responsibilities include managing campaign implementation from start to finish, maintaining accurate data and bookings, supporting Account Managers with schedules and proposals, and building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Data & Insights Executive - VIC

 

The Data & Insights Executive plays a key role in supporting QMS Media’s commercial success by delivering data-driven insights that inform strategy and campaign performance.

This role manages end-to-end foundation briefs, translates campaign objectives into actionable recommendations, and produces clear, compelling outputs. Working closely with Sales, Solutions, and Product teams, the position helps drive impactful results, while supporting senior team members and contributing to broader insights and sales initiatives.

Maintenance - QLD

This role is responsible for maintaining QMS Media’s street furniture across the Gold Coast, ensuring every asset is presented to a consistently high standard. You’ll take ownership of a designated set of assets within your area, carrying out cleaning, poster installations, graffiti removal, repairs, safety checks, and accurate daily reporting. Your work will help uphold QMS Media’s commitment to quality, safety, and impactful brand presentation across our outdoor network.

Street Furniture Cleaner - QLD

In this role, you are responsible for cleaning, maintaining and inspecting QMS Media’s street furniture assets across the Gold Coast to a consistently high standard.

Your responsibilities include carrying out scheduled cleaning and minor repairs within a designated area, removing graffiti and unauthorised posters, securing hazardous sites, conducting regular asset checks, monitoring and reporting damage or faults, completing pest control tasks, and accurately recording daily activity while adhering to safe work practices.
