This role is responsible for maintaining QMS Media’s street furniture across the Gold Coast to a high standard. You'll perform cleaning, minor repairs, graffiti removal, and safety checks, ensuring assets meet company and client expectations.
As a hands-on team member, you'll work independently during early morning hours, uphold safety protocols, and contribute to the upkeep of our outdoor media presence in a dynamic environment.
Field Service Supervisor - NSW
This role is responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of the City of Sydney field maintenance team, ensuring all street furniture cleaning, repairs, and safety activities are completed to a high standard. You’ll support WHSE compliance, coach field staff, and coordinate resources for both planned and reactive maintenance.
As a hands-on leader, you’ll promote a strong safety culture, provide on-the-job training, and drive quality outcomes across a dynamic outdoor media environment.

Sales Director, Agency - VIC
This role is responsible for driving revenue growth across the Victorian agency market by developing strategic business plans, leading key client negotiations, and fostering strong agency relationships that drive long-term success. You’ll oversee a high-performing sales team, align sales strategies with broader business goals, and ensure the delivery of impactful, data-led media solutions across all QMS products.
As a key member of our sales leadership team, you’ll collaborate closely with the Chief Revenue Officer to grow media revenue across all products, ensuring market competitiveness and ongoing client engagement.
Account Manager, Agency - NSW
This role is responsible for driving revenue growth from new and existing clients through strategic planning, relationship management, and sales execution. You’ll combine strategy with hands-on operations, collaborate across teams, and deliver value across all QMS assets.
As a vital part of the sales team, you’ll work closely with leadership to monitor performance, support tactical initiatives , and identify opportunities to grow revenue while maintaining excellent client satisfaction.
