QMS Dominates Melbourne with ‘The Crown’

23 September 2015

QMS Media continues to lead the way in the development of iconic digital billboards with the addition of ‘The Crown,’ the latest landmark site to be ‘switched on’.

Following the recent successful launch of ‘The Punt’ last month, this fantastic new digital billboard, located on the Crown Entertainment Complex Kingsway tunnel, brings the total number of digital billboards on offer by QMS to 23.

‘The Crown’ dominates one of the key gateways to Melbourne’s CBD, with Kingsway considered to be the busiest corridor for vehicular traffic into the city from the South Eastern suburbs. Delivering more than 3,600,000 contacts each month, ‘The Crown’ provides advertisers uninterrupted viewing and long dwell times to the large volumes of traffic travelling along Kingsway, particularly during morning peak hour.

Its proximity to the Crown Entertainment Complex, ensures this landmark site is situated in the centre of a key entertainment, lifestyle and tourist area of Melbourne, with the Melbourne Aquarium and Southbank restaurants also close by.

QMS CEO, Barclay Nettlefold said “We are excited to be partnering with Crown in the development of this premium landmark digital billboard. The Crown provides our advertisers with another opportunity to impact a key entertainment precinct and major corridor into Melbourne’s CBD. This site, along with our existing iconic CBD digitals in The Flinders, Melbourne Square and The Punt enables CBD domination with the added benefit of digital engagement and flexibility.”

Inaugural advertisers on ‘The Crown’ include Telstra, Mazda, Domain Property and Hyundai.
